SETAR offers you a wide variety of Fixed Line Calling Plans. Whether you would like to enjoy the liberty of unlimited calling during nights and weekends or would rather have a basic subscription, SETAR has it all.

With our packages you will benefit from our extra services such as call forwarding, call completion to busy subscriber, caller ID, voicemail, etc. Please click on TeleGratis or Other Plans to learn more about our packages.

If you would like to apply for one of our services please bring the following with you  to one of SETAR's teleshops:

New client:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must posess permanent employment
• Client must be free of debt with SETAR
• Necessary documentation:
  1. Valid proof of identification, i.e.: Aruba ID card, Dutch passport, Aruba driver's license
  2. Proof of income, i.e.: Copy of pay slips from the last two (2) months or a letter from the employer, confirming that the client has permanent employment
  3. Proof of address of residence: Copy of registration in the civil registry at the current address, with the document being no more than six (6) months old or proof of payment from WEB or ELMAR from the last three (3) months
Client with a permit:
• Copy of a valid work permit
• Must comply with all requisites mentioned above
Existing client:
• Client must be free of debt with SETAR
• Necessary documentation: Valid proof of identification, i.e.: Aruba ID card, Dutch passport, Aruba driver's license

Call for free with your Fixed Line!

TeleGratis and TeleGratis Plus gives you the freedom to call free of charge at night and during weekends. Both packages offer a bundle of free minutes that can be used during the day to call from fixed to fixed.

The following services are included in the TeleGratis and the TeleGratis Plus packages:

·  Services not included in the package are charged on a monthly basis

·  Free minutes are applicable when calling from a fixed phone to another fixed phone from 8:00 am to 8:00 PM

· Premium numbers such as 118,121 and short data calls are not included in the packages of TeleGratis & TeleGratis Plus
