What does it cost to connect?
The cost to connect is Afl. 0,16 per minute. This does not include local phone charges when connecting to this service. Local phone charges are Afl. 0,16 per 3 minutes during peak hours and Afl. 0,16 per 5 minutes during off-peak hours.
 
What do I need to connect 123 Instant Access?
In order to open a connection to this service, you will need a computer, a modem, Internet Explorer and a telephone line.
