Additional phone numbers:
For an additional phone number a monthly subscription fee of Afl. 2,50 will be charged. A customer can apply for a maximum of 3 telephone numbers per DSL account.

Connection Fee:
A one time connection fee of Afl 35,- will be charged.
Features included in the softfone Plans are:
Roll-over minutes, Voicemail, Call Forwarding, Calling Line ID Restricted per Call, Call Return, Call Waiting, Call Transfer, Conference Calling, Speed Dial, 24/7 Customer Service, Online Call Details, one bill for all SETAR Services.

softfone Equipment
There are two ways you can make use of SETAR softfone service, via your computer which has the SETAR X-PRO software installed or via a regular analog phone that is connected via the Sipura box to the DSL service.

Price

SETAR offers 2 options for usage of softfone:
The Sipura box allows you to make & receive calls with a regular analog phone without having to switch on your computer. You can hook up your regular analog telephone to the Sipura box, which is connected to the DSL modem of your computer. Please bear in mind that a digital phone cannot be used with the Sipura box.

SETAR X-PRO software, is a software that has the image of a telephone on your monitor. Via this image you can make your calls. This software has to be installed on your computer. In order to receive & make calls, your computer or laptop must be switched on. (you can make calls from anywhere in the world using High Speed Internet). Your computer must have Microsoft Windows 98SE or ME or 2000 or XP, a speaker phone & headset.

Requirements for softfone service:

• An analog/digital line from SETAR (an ISDN phone will not work)
• An active DSL connection from SETAR
• A DSL modem

* To guarantee an optimal service a SETAR Sipura Box & SETAR X-PRO software is exclusively required when applying for the softfone service. SETAR offers a warranty of 6 months on all Sipura Boxes.
