Call Forwarding
With this feature all calls are automatically forwarded to another telephone number.

Call Forward No Answer
With this feature calls left unanswered after 5 rings are forwarded to another telephone number.

Calling Line ID Restricted per Call
Dialing 31* followed by a phone number will prevent your softfone number and name from being transmitted to a caller ID device. This feature is used on a per call basis.

Call Return
This feature gives you the option to call the last number that called your number, by simply dialing 69*.

Call Waiting
This feature allows you to place the currently active call on hold and answer a second incoming call.

Call Transfer
This feature offers you the possibility to transfer calls to another telephone number.

Sipura Box:
To transfer an active call, press the FLASH button to put the call on hold. Dial the phone number to which you want to transfer the call. To complete the transfer you can either

  • Hang up the phone immediately to transfer the call unannounced or.
  • Wait until the person you are transferring the original caller to answers, announce your intention to transfer, and hang up the phone.

SETAR X-PRO:
To transfer a call, click on the 'transfer' button, dial the number you want to transfer the call to, then click again on the 'transfer' button

Conference Calling
With this feature you can speak to two or more persons at the same time (3 way calling).

Sipura Box:
Dial the first phone number to connect to the first party. Press the FLASH button and dial the second party. This will put the first party on hold while you are connecting to the second party. To allow all 3 parties to converse click on the FLASH button again.

SETAR X-PRO:
To set up this feature, dial the first number, then place that call on hold, then dial the other number.When connected press the 'CONF' button, to connect all the conferencing numbers.. If you would like to add another person, simply press the 'CONF' button, this will place all calls on hold, then dial the number you would like to add, then press the 'CONF 'button. To remove a caller just press 'CONF' button, select the number you want to remove from the conversation, click on the Hang-Up button, then click on the 'CONF' button.
