Yes, with the SETAR App it's possible to send credit to another mobile number. Download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store,
register, and you're able to send credit. The credit sent will be deducted from either your Prepaid/Hybrid core credit or, if you're a Postpaid customer, this will be billed on your next invoice.

If you're abroad, you will be charged roaming costs whenever you make or receive calls, send a text message or send or receive data. You can cut down on roaming costs by:

Buying a SETAR roaming bundle via MiSETAR.
You can also buy a roaming bundle through our contact center. To do this, call 139.
Whenever possible, use locations where there is Wi-Fi.- Switch off data roaming on your mobile phone. To do this, call *123#. This will de-activate all data traffic on your telephone, including emails.

Tip: Did you forget to buy a roaming bundle and you're already abroad? No problem, with MiSETAR you can buy a roaming bundle wherever you are. Log in to your MiSETAR profile on a device with WiFi and you can fix this in just a couple of minutes.

No, this is not possible. You can activate a new bundle after the current one expires. As soon as your remaining credit drops below 50 MB, we'll send you a reminder. You'll also receive this message 2 hours before your bundle expires.

-       Enter 6 to allow or to block Internet.

To unblock your device you need your PUK code. You can request your PUK code at any SETAR Teleshop or via MiSETAR.

Yes, there is a one-time charge of Afl. 81 for this. If the person to whom you wish to transfer the mobile phone contract isn't a SETAR customer yet, please read the following information:

New customers:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Hold permanent employment
  • Possess valid identification (ID card, driver’s license or passport)
  • Provide proof of income (i.e., payslips from the last two months, if a customer is paid every two weeks, the customer must provide the last four payslips, or a letter from the employer, indicating that the client holds a permanent position within the company).
  • Provide proof of residency/address (“bevolkingsuittreksel”: up-to-date document from the civil registry office confirming current address)
  • Must be free of debt with SETAR
  • Customers who hold work permits: Must comply with all requirements as listed above
  • Provide a copy of the valid work permit

We're sorry to hear that you've lost your phone/SIM card. You should report this to the police immediately. Then you need to take the police report and a valid identification document to your nearest Teleshop. You can ask for a  SIM change there. The cost of this will depend on the type of SIM card you need.

Just call 139 (on another phone) and give us your ID number so that we can stop your mobile contract temporarily. Then you need to visit your nearest Teleshop, and ask for a SIM change, the cost of this will depend on the type of SIM card you need. Do not forget to take valid identification document with you.

You can hand in your mobile phone at any Teleshop for repair at our Repair Center. There will be charges for this. The amount of the repair costs will depend on the exact damage.
