New customers:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Hold permanent employment
- Possess valid identification (ID card, driver’s license or passport)
- Provide proof of income (i.e., payslips from the last two months, if a customer is paid every two weeks, the customer must provide the last four payslips, or a letter from the employer, indicating that the client holds a permanent position within the company).
- Provide proof of residency/address (“bevolkingsuittreksel”: up-to-date document from the civil registry office confirming current address)
- Must be free of debt with SETAR
- Customers who hold work permits: Must comply with all requirements as listed above
- Provide a copy of the valid work permit
