To unblock your device you need your PUK code. You can request your PUK code at any SETAR Teleshop or via MiSETAR.
If you go to a Teleshop, remember to take a valid identification document with you. Don't have MiSETAR yet? You can easily sign up using the code that can be found in the footer of your bill or by contacting our customer service at customercare@setar.aw or by visiting any SETAR teleshop.
